900, 907 and 911 models with double compacting cylinder incorporate the most sophisticated technologies, able to provide exceptional control over the dimensional stability of knitted fabrics and ribbons. The range includes versions with steam-heated cylinders - the features of which are renowned worldwide.
By contrast, versions with cylinders heated electrically by elements immersed in diathermic oil and vacuum sealed (Monti Antonio patent), have the great advantage of producing temperatures up to 220 °C: besides compacting 100% cotton, these machines can be used for heatsetting synthetics and mixed fibres (stretch jersey, lycra, polyester, cotton and acrylic). The open width version (mod. 907) can be equipped with a tenter frame at the infeed end, guaranteeing quality and high output: the machine has an overall length of 8.5 metres and a conical field of 4 metres to ensure gentle handing when fabrics are opened out.
